Your charming hotel at Praiano

Family-run Hotel Locanda Costa Diva offers a three hour cooking workshop, in which guests of the hotel as well as external guests can take part. Supported by expert advice and help you will prepare specialties of the Amalfi Coast. Be it Scialatielli, Fusilli or Gnocchi - the pasta is always fresh and homemade. It is served with a sugo, a pasta sauce made of seasonal ingredients and refined with seasoning herbs. 

Seafood specialties in Southern Italy

At the Amalfi Coast a meal without fish fresh from the sea is hard to imagine. You will get to know some of the secrets concerning seafood cuisine, e.g. with regard to filleting a fish or frying. Delicious vegetable side dishes are of course included.

After you have prepared the meal together, you will of course enjoy together what you have cooked and raise a glass of house wine to Italian cuisine.

Date: Monday to Friday, in the afternoon
Fee: 70 EUR per person (workshop, food, house wine and water)
Participants: minimum of 2 , maximum of 8 participants.
