Benvenuti nel paradiso – Welcome in paradise! Spend dream holidays at elegant Villa Fralisa, a restored 19th century country house, and at one of the world’s most beautiful coasts.

The works of restoration/renovation were done by the owner and his family. The result is quite impressive: the villa offers a lot of comfort and lies radiating under the Southern Italian sun. It is found in ideal location on the slopes of the sun-kissed town of Praiano.

From the two panorama terraces as well as from the rooms facing the sea , from the garden and even while relaxing in the jacuzzi pool you enjoy a terrific view of the sea!

Spacious accommodation for your holidays

Two of the three sea view bedrooms are located on the ground floor and include double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe each. One of the rooms opens onto a small terrace with sea view. A bathroom with shower, WC and bidet is also found on this floor.

Climbing the stairs to the 1st floor takes you to the light flooded, open-plan living-dining room with kitchen. It opens onto the roofed terrace and the garden. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a cozy seating area, flat screen TV and fireplace.

The dining and kitchen area includes dining furniture, oven, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, dish washer and fridge-freezer. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with shower, WC/bidet and hair dryer.

Another staircase runs up to the third bedroom on the uppermost floor. It comes with an en-suite bathroom (shower, WC/bidet, hair dryer) and air conditioning and opens onto the panorama roof terrace.

Furnishing of Villa Fralisa also includes washing machine, SAT-TV and Wi-Fi. A reserved parking space (for a fee) for your car is available 250 m from the villa. You have to climb stairs to get to Villa Fralisa.

The whole outdoor area of Villa Fralisa offers a marvelous view of the azure colored sea.

In spite of the villa’s central location, in its well-tended garden, where palm trees provide for pleasant shade on hot days, you feel like being in the midst of nature. You find a grill and an outdoor shower at your disposal as well as sun beds to relax on and the jacuzzi pool in best panoramic location to cool off in.

There is garden furniture on the spacious, partly roofed terrace, which is accessible from the living-dining room. Sun beds and garden furniture are also found on the roof terrace.

Tips for your stay at Praiano

From Villa Fralisa it is only a few meters to the nearest grocery store, 400 m to a restaurant, 600 m along a stepped path to the sea and 1.5 km to bathing bay Marina di Praia.

Following a small footpath along the seaside takes you from Marina di Praia to restaurant „Il Pirata“, located right by the sea and run by the owner of Villa Fralisa. Savor delicious fresh fish dishes there either in the natural rock cave with sea view or on a platform above the sea.

Should you wish to avoid driving along the winding coastal road, you can use the very well organized public means of transport, the SITA-busses. There is a bus stop ca. 80 m from the apartment.

"Sentiero degli Dei", the Path of Gods, can be reached on foot directly from Villa Fralisa. This probably most famous hiking trail of the Costiera Amalfitana takes you as far as Positano and offers terrific vistas, amongst others as far as Capri.

Nearest train station: Sorrento.
