Villa Scarano is situated in an exclusive location with a far-reaching view upon the Gulf of Naples and the Vesuvius. Here, on the slope above Sorrento, you can spend splendidly relaxing holidays in green surroundings.
At night you are presented a visual experience of a special kind: the coastal arc glows as a single, immense chain of lights, in the background rests the mighty and dark Vesuvius.
The elegant holiday home of ca. 160 sqm on two floors is furnished high-grade and very tastefully. Core of the villa is the altogether 50 sqm open living/dining area (with TV) on the ground floor.
A rattan group of seats, tall vases and the smart lighting create the right atmosphere. In front of the chimney you spend cosy evenings.
Detached from the living room is the dining room. Here you dine stylishly in a convivial circle. The separate, modern built-in kitchen has access to the dining room.
On the ground floor you also find one of the four very well-tended bathrooms. Enjoy the luxury of taking a bath in the tub with hydromassage and leave the daily stress behind.
Each of the four double bedrooms on the first floor is designed individually and has access to one of the two balconies. On one of the patios you can look upon the sea. T
wo bedrooms have their own bathrooms. All three bathrooms on the upper floor are equipped with shower/bidet/WC.
Due to the built-in central heating, Villa Scarano is also recommended for a stay during the cooler months.
Especially handy: in a separate antechamber of the ground-floor bathroom there is a washing machine.
To your holiday domicile belongs a property of ca. 2000 sqm. This well-grown garden laid out in terraces with its many palm trees creates a Mediterranean flair. In a deck chair you enjoy the warm rays of the sun, the Gulf of Naples is at your feet.
The ca. 100 sqm of the partly roofed terrace with its access to the living/dining room invites you to fully savour the life outdoors.
Up to three cars may be parked on the fenced property. A private road leads to the house, which usually is used by adjacent owners only.
After about 4 km you reach the picturesque old town centre of Sorrento with its small shops, lively bars and beautiful restaurants. Like a huge panorama balcony the city is located on a rock above the sea. The sea and the nearest beach are about 5 km away.
Become enchanted by the charm of the Sorrento peninsula: Lively harbour villages and mainly still untouched farming villages in the hinterland are to be discovered. On old mule paths, passing through ancient olive and lemon groves, one can hike wonderfully. Year-round, speedboats will take you from Sorrento to the islands of Capri and Ischia… whoever likes it more tranquil can set sail with one of the fishermen on nearby Massa Lubrense and watch or even lend a hand with their fishing – there is no limit for the style of your holiday!

Weekly and daily prices for the holiday home are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and incl. bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
* The holiday home can be occupied by up to 8 persons. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms can be disposed of for an extra charge of € 12,50 per room and day respectively € 75 per room and week.
Minimum stay: 4 days.
Heating will be charged on the spot at cost price.
A deposit of 250 Euro is due upon arrival.
