The nearest bathing area is about 400 metres off; the beach is approximately one kilometre from the holiday apartments. The town centre of Praiano with its restaurants and grocery stores is about 300 metres off.
Raggio di Sole is located on a terraced slope, which is typical for the Amalfi coast. In order to reach your Praiano holiday apartments, you have to use stairways for the last few metres. With the sea always in view, you can let your eyes roam, to the right, from the magnificent majolica cupola of the church of S. Gennaro at Praiano to the probably best known place at the Costiera, Positano with its almost vertically laid out pastel coloured houses.
Backed up by such scenery, you will have no problem relaxing on the approx. 32 m² terraces of the holiday apartments.
The two apartments of Raggio di Sole are located next to each other and offer about 40 m² of living space each. These Praiano holiday apartments are of similar layout and furnishing. The cosy kitchen-cum-living room, equipped among other things with a full oven respectively microwave, as well as the double bedroom give onto the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with shower, WC and bidet. The washing machine comes in handy for a lengthy stay.
Furthermore, the holiday apartments include Sat-TV and air conditioning with integrated heating system which provides for a pleasant stay in summer and winter.
You can park your car along the road above Raggio di Sole, about thirty metres off. Some of the parking spaces are free of charge, the others have to be paid for.
Those who wish to avoid driving along the winding coastal road, can use the well organized public transport system, the Sita-busses or the Metro del Mare (during the summer months).
Conveniently located between Positano and Amalfi, Praiano is ideal for exploring the cultural sights of the Amalfi coast and its surroundings.
Besides the world famous highlights of Amalfi, Capri, Pompeii, Ravello and Sorrento, you might be rewarded by experiences off the tourist tracks.
In the alleys and squares of Praiano and the neighbouring village of Vettica Maggiore, for example, you can take part in typical Italian village life.
Only a stone’s throw from Praiano, you will find beauties of nature like Fiordo del Furore, a natural harbour used as the setting of numerous films. Grotta dello Smeraldo – a sea grotto near Conca dei Marini – is fascinating due to its spectacular stalagmite formations.
Perfectly marked hiking trails will also meet the expectations of active vacationers. From Praiano, there is a path which meets with one of the most beautiful high-level hiking trails at the Amalfi coast, the Path of Gods – „Sentiero degli Dei“.

The prices are valid per week and for the number of persons given in brackets including bed linen, towels and final cleaning. For use of the air conditioning system with integrated heating, a weekly lump sum of 70 Euro will be charged on the spot.
